We do not provide support for pirated copies. If you can prove that you own the game, we'll remove that shiny new avatar and you'll be able to receive support again. For physical discs, you can take a photo (just make sure your username is in the shot somewhere also, like a piece of paper). You can also buy the 2012 release if you'd like, and post your Square-Enix username here for verification.
As an aside, just owning a legal copy will not entitle you to support for an illegal copy; legalities aside, pirated versions of the game are notorious for having all sorts of problems (added by sloppy cracks or unnecessary baked-in mods) that make them unfeasible to provide any support for at all. Even copies labeled as "clean" often aren't.
