English re translation question

I have been playing the English re translated version installed by Tifa's bootleg pack, and I noticed that the text was different at the start of the game, but since I think Junon (I'm at Wutai now) the text has been the same as the vanilla version. Did the re translation project stop there or might it have installed wrong? Does the translation continue later on in the game? I appoligize if this has already been answered before, but I seriously tried to search for info about this before I made this topic, but I found nothing.

That one is likely based on mine and is completely out of date (seriously, it was crap at that time). Install the Reunion on a clean game.

Is there a way I can just patch it on to my existing install. I recently downloaded the Tifa bootleg pack with all the mods in it around 17 gb's, I used the bootleg program to install everything, I thought it had all the recent mods in that pack, it says it was released in late 2013. I downloaded the torrent from the link on this site.

No.  It has to be on a clean install or it will not work.  Even if new bootleg comes out you will have to do the same.
