i have never played  ff7 before, so i hope u can help me....

What graphics card do you have? It's not reading it.

What graphics card do you have? It's not reading it.
He has the generic Microsoft driver installed.

please use

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

to find the driver released by amd for your card.

when you have updates in windows update DO NOT allow it to update the graphics driver ALWAYS use the one from the AMD page.

thx for the help but with this particulr graphic card i can't use the tool u have linked me: it reports my graphic card is not supported and i can't install catalyst

thx i have previously try to install that but always an error occurred during the installation.....

Fantastic, i have solved with this:

http://leshcatlabs.net/files/unifl/12_10/Catalyst_12.10_WHQL_UnifL.exe

now only a minor error appear, when the game start at the station, write in light blu/azure: zero count...then the game go ahead normally

damn..i tought i had resolve  but after some times i'm playing an error always occurred : gl out of memory....

in final fantasy config i can see i have passed all the video test but not the least about the 8 palette....
also here my open gl appear as BROKEN....

at this point i prefer playing the game with the minor mods possible in order to not create big problems to my machine.

So i'm at the same point...my graphic card drivers can't be updated properly....
