Even the mods for the GREAT Skyrim do not work for 100%. There are alot of issues which can occure, specialy if the program you modify isn't well understanded. Also a lot of trouble is produced by the unaware user himself.

Well I'm going to say because none of us are professionals (well mostly), everything is fan made on our own time. This site and it's content isn't affiliated with Square Enix, nor are we privy to any of their resources. Not to mention we're talking about a 16 year old game. If the mods offered to you for free aren't cutting it for you the original game works just fine.
