I made a 3d model for the remake!!!

It needs some work. It needs to be skinned. I don't know how to skin and I don't have photoshop.

Looks good, what program did you used to make it ? Its pretty detailed, probably too much for a game (game needs low details to make it fast). And it looks too real for a game like ff IMHO.

I knew I should have made a sword!!! My first complete model, rejected!!! Hey Shinra, no offense, but you need better skins... Oh wait... I forgot about FF7's texture limitiatios. 5}{17!!!

Mirex: I used GMAX. Then I used the print screen button and pasted and cropped it with paint.

gmax has no *cough* export option. you can try converting from gmax to md3 to lwo to p.... but gmax is jsut a bad tool.

w/ Ultima ?? Whohoo! Since Ultima isn't a very powerful tool yet, I'll have to say: Great Work!
Without you, ShinRa Inc, I wouldn't even know what's possible with it... :D

Bad News: I'm still not workin' on Ultima since I have no free time now. But in Germany in 1 week there's vacation again, so I hope to find some time to continue my work on it...

I thought everyone knew all I work with is Ultima, really.  o.O

Of course, 90% of the models I make are really just altered FF7 ones in case that wasn't insanely obvious.  :x

All of my FF7-style models are either totally original, or direct rips from the game. I currently don't have a use for Ultima, but when the battle fields are readable, I'm going to use it to rip them into LW! That's going to be REAL helpful for both the remake, and FF7 Theater.
