Can someone recommend me a few basic mods for 7 and 8?

As in I am fine with the game as in but maybe want higher res backgrounds which I know theres some out there but wanted opinions.

And similarly maybe high res models (but the same actual ones i.e not altered in any way bar res)

I want an authentic as possible experience whilst having things at higher res, and audio best quality etc.

For 7, I'd recommend using 7th Heaven and using only the ones you want (AKA Field Textures and possibly Media- Music and Sounds, depending on what version of 7), with 8, use Tonberry to use Project Eden, and Roses and Wine to install FF8's PSX OST (and more!)
As for models, I'm not too sure if there are any models with only res changes, but shaders always make them look better.
