here (MPEG, 27.7MB). I've posted the translation below. (Thanks to Olivier Hague and meznu of the GameFAQs FFX-2 forum). Anything not in quotation marks is the vertical text that appears. Also, the line marked with a *... I'm not too sure about that. There seems to be too little japanese for the english translation.
