Is Aali's Custom Graphics Driver supposed to be installed before 7th heaven mods

My FF7 which was converted to the 1998 version was installed wit plenty mods via 7th heaven. I played the game for a few hours and I installed Aali's custom drivers. My character field textures are fine but all the other mods did not get applied.

The old Game Converter you'd run before using 7H v1.5x, and 7H v2.0 both have the driver built in.  No need to add it separately.  Check your config and make sure direct mode is turned on.
