Are all voice projects dead?

I would love to have voice acting on my second play through (I beat the first 23 years ago) and after playing Remake...I'd love to have the original still be voiced.

Yupp, Echo-S is currently being worked on. They went through a recasting since they have a new director: Christian Sekhanan aka The White Crane. He's also the voice actor for Echo-S's Cloud and Barret
