Can't enter library in Shinra Mansion

I'm running New Threat 2.099994 and a bunch of other mods launched from 7th Heaven on the Steam version of FFVII.  It won't let me post screenshots, so I'm not sure of an easy way to show this, but when I go down to the library of the Shinra Mansion when visiting Neibelhelm (not in Cloud's storytelling) I can't enter the door to the library.  I go to the 2nd floor, right side, down the spiral staircase, down the hall and when I try to enter the door on the right side of the screen my character will not go through even though the red indicator arrow shows where the entrance is.  I'm not sure if this is a game glitch or related to the mods. Any ideas?

Also, I don't know if this is related, but I successfully opened the safe on the 2nd floor and defeated the boss but I did not receive the "Key to the Basement".  Twin Vipers were also not in the chest on the 2nd floor right room.

I was able to enter the library after opening the safe and getting Vincent.  I had to use Black Chocobo to get the Key to the basement. Once I obtained Vincent, the library door opened when I tried to walk through it. IMO this is a bug since Vincent is supposed to be an optional secret character.

It's new threat. Things are supposed to be different. Items are in different places and story beats are different. I'm pretty sure all you ended up doing is cheating lol.

the basement key is in the room where get  vincent typeB at least.
