OVWP back up, but Fice's Site isnt?

Well, it is, you just can't reach it through the quick URL's.

See, his server's now on a dynamic IP, so the http://www.legacy-ovwp.org" TARGET=_blank>www.legacy-ovwp.org  address redirects to his current IP. Unfortunately, it doesn't handle subpages properly (apparently), so if you go to http://www.legacy-ovwp.org/somepage," TARGET=_blank>www.legacy-ovwp.org/somepage,  it still redirects to the main index.

If you find the IP, you can go directly to serverip/~ficedula/ and get my site up ... I'll ask JP if there's an easy way for him to handle subpages through the redirect. I'm sure he's pretty busy at the moment though so don't expect him to pull all the stops out just to get my site up

I've pinged the Legacy server. Result:
  http://212.60.33.250" TARGET=_blank>http://212.60.33.250  

So Fice's site *should* be up at:
  http://212.60.33.250/~ficedula/index.html" TARGET=_blank>http://212.60.33.250/~ficedula/index.html  

But it seems like the server's down again.

Yeah, I went on Legacy after recieving the email. But the page was just the menu type index for all the pages, and I wasnt too sure which one would  take me to the site. And now I get connection refused.  
Does anyone know if there was a chat last friday? Only I didnt get a notification email and I couldnt connect. Maybe I should have tried it on the IP address.
