I have downloaded the tools, I have 3DSMax, but unfortunately, I forgot to bring FF7 pc with me when I moved, so now I have no way of getting the models myself.

If you'd like to help, send them to [email protected]

Thanks for your time and thank you in advance.

Now that I think about if someone could just host battle.lzs or the PC equivilent, I'd much appreciate it. If you have a link to it, please post it here, thanks a bunch.

Technically, that's highly questionable.

Of course it is highly questionable.   But that's what makes it more fun.  Kinda like trick the newbs, except copywrite version ;-)

Well, it's possible to look on the little chart (I believe Alhexx made. Sorry if I'm wrong) that depicts what all of the .p models actually are. I suppose I could try to extract them for you, but you'll have to work them with Mirex's biturn yourself. I'm just not ready for that kind of a relationship.

I'll see what I can do.

[EDIT]

Okay, I extracted them. They're still in their "raw" format. You'll have to download biturn and convert them to 3ds yourself. This is it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! You're a life saver! ^__^

Edit: Anyone know how to import them to MAX properly, they've got white patches and the vertices are all messed up. >.<

How come ? All models look good here ... do you use latest version of Biturn ? check my web for it, and also be sure to use proper ASE importer.

Yeah, I switched to ACE and it fixed the model. I lose the vertex colours when I render though... and I still haven't managed to get the texture to show up right either. @__@
