We need to open the .bin file so we can use the files inside with Biturn, we're not having any luck, so can someone help us out?

AFAIK in .bin files there is no data for Biturn. Data for Biturn are in .lgp files, which can be opened with LGP tools by ficedula or with Umass by mirex.
