I'm having the same problem as you; it suddenly stopped loading. How can I fix this?

try open the catalog file itself to see where the download is located and download directly from there using browser.
othertimes it appears limitation if particularly busy bandwith/data limitation. should be able from download using browser iro file can continue at least with the google drive links. double clicking on an iro will install it.

same here, and I don't know why it is like that

The downloads get stuck sometimes due to server issues. When this happens, I'd generally suggest trying to download the files directly, or trying again later.
