Possible to use Seventh Heaven with vanilla text?

I notice there are some unwanted text changes even if I run the game with no mods. Is it something like the Reunion mod is embedded in Seventh Heaven with no option to disable text fixes?
I notice "This guy is sick" for example.
Advice please?

Various text changes were made in the initial PC release, especially spelling/grammar mistakes from the PS1 version like that one.

Not the result of a mod, that's just how it is by default in the versions derived from the 1998 PC version. You would need a mod to revert the changes; I don't know much about what mods have been made.
