Newbie!!search help!!FF7 PROMBLE!

Hi guys..
i am a noobie.. here..
hopw u guys would help out..


wells..everything..work fine till i reach..Chocoracing..
it crash..n jumped outta..to windows..so i skip tis part..
n foward when u falls down to a prison areas..
where barret..thinking back the pass..when somebody told them..their town was attacked by shira..troops..
barret n dyte jumped down..tis moment  i totally crash and jump out to window again..
(how come?)


i did install ff7winxp..
when i try to open it..
its say..(FF7 is not currently installed in ur system..tis self extracting archive..can only update existing installation..)
wat does it mean?
but i did hv..ff7 file on my hardisk..
so weird..

2)my CG movie keep on Skipping..from starting..till..i crashed..
 (how come??)

3)i am using ATI Readon 9250..
anywhere. can make the 8-bit platetted textures passed??( i been try many different ways oso cannot)
i did try d/w patch 1.02..but it only support..Nvidia..
but mine are not..any others way for readon to do?

plz help!!
i miss tis game so much!!

As for the chocobo crash this is a well known issue in FF7... you can download the chocobo patch off Qhimm's webpage (www.qhimm.com)

For your Radeon, try checking the nVidia/TNT option in FF7config (After you patched it to 1.02)

Also, you didn't install the Animevamp XP patch by chance, did you? Here's why you shouldn't install it:

i did try...the patch 1.02 in FF7 config..Nvdia..TNT..
when i start playing FF7..in screen goes..go Bright white colour..
when i in the game...the screen goes nothing..only character left can see it..i try to go throught when i hang out..but..the result still remind the same..

somemore..where do i d/load the animevamp XP?
isit same as the FF7winxp 1.04..i was downloaded?

i am so tired abt it!!

Agreed. The IP trace shows Kokan is probably Malaysian, but this is not (just) a case of being bad at English, writing patterns like that are intentional. They do not sound 'cool', they're not readable, and they'll certanly not make it easier to get help. Your chances will be much better if you attempt to write proper English instead of trying to write "gangsta english" or whatever that flavor is called.

I do not wish to reiterate myself, but it seems like you haven't even bothered to check the Great FF7 FAQ. If you did, then I have nothing else to say.

Getting FF7 to run "perfectly" isn't an easy task.... and there isn't a solution which work for each and every system out there.... the Great FF7 FAQ is there to cover as many of the major problems out there as possible.....

If I'm not mistaken there's no such thing as a 1.04 patch for FF7 (Correct me if I'm wrong, I haven't touched FF7 for ages). Most of the "WinXP FF7" patches out there are rip-offs from some people (Like Jedwin) here, even though they'll probably deny it. And I didn't ask you to download the Animevamp patch....  I'm telling you to avoid it. (Again, I suspect you didn't even bother to read the link I supplied in my post)

Sorry, but I can't really help you if you don't start helping yourself. As much as you're tired trying to figure out what went wrong, I'm also tired figuring out what your actual problem is.

Last but not least, have you tried Software rendering mode yet? That's better than not being able to play the game.
