Is there something i can use to compress the ff7 movies and still be playable?

Nope... and I stress "no". --> You can 'further' compress the movies, loosing even MORE quality, if you really must.

The funny thing is, with todays compression technology, FF7 could fit on 1 CD

It could fit on one cd but it would be too much work meh.

It 'could' but shouldn't be done anyway. The compression used in FF7 was tariable to begin with.
