FF7 - Where is Tseng in Temple of the Ancients?

OK, I have a wierd problem. I'm at the Temple of the Ancients for the first time, and when I go inside, Tseng isn't there to give me the Keystone! Yes, I went to the Gold Saucer first before going to the Temple. I don't understand, is this a bug or something? Please help!

go to gold sauser again then go to battle anera, there is a other room on the right side, go there and stand front of the keystone then click ok to get it but you will have battle with Dio. then buh buh buh buh, after what happening with some member then go to Temple again and you will get the keystone back again

Well, I"m stupid. I went to the Saucer and talked with Dio in one save game, and accidentally loaded the wrong where where I hadn't been yet.

Sigh. What a waste of time.
