when i put ff7 cd 3 on my computer the file "play-img" says that error

You have to put the CD in the tray, not on top of it =P

Jk, picking on syntax is fun, though.

Anyway, sounds like the disk needs cleaning.

That means that media is damaged and/or your cd/dvd drive is near dead. Make a backup of the disc asap, otherwise you are pretty much fucked in the ass.
