Crashes, It's getting annoying

Ok so i've installed final fantasy 7 and the xp patch it keeps crashing when i fight the robot on the lift inside the shinra building right before cloud fights rufus comes up with a blue screen and restarts so quick i cannot read the error message. can some one give me a suggestion ASAP watched ff7 AC and want to replay the game again Please thanks.

You ned to provide your systems specs, ff7 config settings etc.

try running the game in software render and quarter screen. You can also try setting the game to run in windows 98 compatibility mode

I've fixed it now thanks, All it was is the XP patch i got the 1.02 patch and it works fine, at least for the moment 3.2ghz p4HT and i managed to do the motorbike chase with near enough full hp's

And if you really want to read that message, you can disable automatic restart on errors (My Computer -> Properties).
