Ive got a "FF7 Music" Problem...
« on: 2006-02-03 20:01:42 »
yo,
i did all that the ff7 music readme said and i got two errors.
The first error says about a "Runtime Error 217 at 0001A780" then the second was: "the application failed to initilize properly (0xc0000142). Click OK to terminate the application" any help for me?

Thanks..

I had them errors when I first set up the new ver of ff7 music. If I remember right changing the output plugin should fix it. If not make sure you are still not useing a older ver of the prog and check the settings and messaround with them till you find something that works

it dose not matter if it is new or not if it is the wrong output plugin it is the wrong one. If you are not useing out_wave I would segest useing it because I think thats the one I am useing.

Make sure you have the Ficeduela.DLL in the main FF7 folder, not in a sub-folder or it won't work.

It might seem obvious to me but not to anyone else. Renisntall! It doesn't take that long on my sad 448 MHz, 383.53 MB Ram computer so try it! Worked for me.
