has anybody thought of or created a kernal.bin/kernal2.bin extractor like screenreader because it may be useful

I made one for my own purposes but no.
None have been made for â€œcommercialâ€ purposes.

not looking for comercial purposes im looking to see whats inside and what i can tinker with im just kinda curious is all i wanna see what makes the game work and what little modifications can be made
