Yeah.
Even the separate gameplay fixes are a great help and together with the high resolution cut-scenes and high quality music (and was there something else high... high something? I don't remember) released by nVidia(!) they make the game quite enjoyable. The ending is still rushed to the extreme, but now you can actually play it without going bonkers.
Or how would I know, I have never played unpatched, untweaked KOTOR II.
Of course nVidia didn't make the cut-scenes, nor the music, they just seem to be offering the downloads. Which are large. Very large.
