Yes, its a bit to fast. I even put the battle speed to minimium setting and still its fast. I have enabled Vertical sync and my monitor refresh rate is at 60 Hertz. I have tried programs such as cpu killer to slow my pc down but the game becomes jumpy and does not run smoothly. Also its not very stable with cpu killer. Any ideas on how to lower the fps for the whole game? I know people have had trouble with the bike mini-game but i havent got that far yet to see what thats like.
