Lvl 4 Limit Break Problem

I just got all the Limit Breaks for Tifa, and used Meteor Strike (the 2nd lvl 3 limit break) once, but I am still unable to use the Final Heaven item on Tifa... is this a bug? how can I fix it... I guess i can just use jenova... but im afraid the same thing will happen with the other characters, and i wont be able to teach cloud omnislash and get that special battle thing... Is it because i have the Tifa Yeah! patch installed? (im still on play disc 2)  thanx in advance for help...

I've seen this issue before. I believe you just need to be further into the game to use it, but I'm sure someone around here can confirm that (or discredit it).

are you sure you have all the other 6 limits for tifa? Because You can miss getting one of the limits andnot even notice it till you try to get the last limit because you can't sue the item.

True.  I had Barret's Angermax but because I hadn't gotten his second Level 2 Limit break I was unable to use Catastrophe for a while.

Yeah, make sure Tifa knows all six of her previous Limit Breaks. If she's missing any of the second ones, you better start using them.
