I find it an interesting subject myself, although you do seem rather biased and defensive, my response has nothing to do with it's validity. To answer your question, No game specific tools exist too my knowledge. You'll have to make them yourself or you can look for them using google or at other forums. There were several polish, hebrew and Russian translations going on last I checked. Use Google to look for such things.
