FF VII FMV help

Ok, so I have my copy of Final Fantasy VII, 100% legal, but there's 1 proble--- err...2 problems, first one is i can't find disc II, i've looked everywhere in my house for it, it's gone, and my Disc I is f***ed up, only half of the movies are readable off the disc, so i need someone to do something for me

A) tell me how to get movies to load from my HD so i can put what does work on my HD and load it there
B) tell me the file names of the FMVs on Disc II so i can put a blank TXT file with a .avi extension in that folder (i know i won't have the videos only blank screen for a few seconds)

please help, i love FF VII with all my heart and i have beaten my PSX copy 9999 times, and now i am playing my PC copy with the NPC reconstruction patch and i can't go back to PSX right now because i am so mesmerized

EDIT AGAIN: never mind the blank text .avi file, i just tried that for my no good hiwind0.avi (right where i am at) on disc I the only files that are no good (or can't be copied from the CD at least) are opening.avi hiwind0.avi and gold7_2.avi  if anyone has easy access to these files and the files on disc II PM me and i'll give you my e-mail so you can get those files to me, it's really important to me that you do this

This is addressed in the FAQ in the Game Tweaking forum (which would be the correct place for this post), not to mention there are tons of posts about it.

sorry about that, i did t myself anyways, and i also got YAMP to fix the missing FMV files problem, i just wanna know what to do now about the missing disc II

Nothing short of buying the game again.

Legally, anyway. You won't find any support for it here if choose to go illegal.

i know, and it's kinda sad because i bought the game for $10 (i was so thrilled when i found it for $10) and now i gotta pay about +50 for it.  And as sad as i am to say it and as much as i don't wanna pirate it and i wanna give this brilliant game the respect it deserves, i think i may have to go with alternative methods of getting it

You probably shouldn't have told us that.

While I would have probably suspected that you'd end up pirating this game, you've now given confirmation. You'll most likely be labeled as a software pirate and have a lot of difficulty getting anyone to help you around here.

meh, usually i give help rather than seek it, this thread is actually a rare stretch for me. soit doesn't matter, and the only thing i'd ask for help in would probably be in actually making something..well, i'd say what my idea but this thread doesn't have spoiler tags as far as i know and my idea isn't for the youngins

Rest assured, this isn't your usual overrun forum of little n00bs. Granted, there's a small population of them, but you shouldn't worry of age in this forum.

And I can't quite fathom why you'd want to blow this game so far out of context so as to add perhaps, profanity? Pornography? Extra violence? What purpose would that serve? These adult-related themes are about the only thing I can think of as to why you'd not mention your idea due to "youngins," but I figure this game has enough suggestive material as it is.

well, i wouldn't want to, i'm just suprised noone hasn't gone through with the idea i have yet.

plain and simply, i think someone should make a nude skin for tifa, aeris, or yuffie. i mean think about it, there's SHITLOADS of Final Fantasy VII hentai, why not actually put it in the game.  I mean i wouldn't use it, but still, i'd make it because noone has yet.  I mean, as i see it now, the game is perfect (the npc reconstruction project just enhances the perfectnessicity) but some people like porn and if they want it they should have it

I myself have no interest in a ff7 nude patch.... but hey..if it's something youre interested in, go for it
