I need help regarding ficedula.dll

OK, I have everything necessary to start FF7 for the PC with the Reunion Patch and LGP Tools. Problem is that stupid ficedula.dll that I don't have. Now I've gone to ficedula's site and the link for the file is broken, as is every other link on numerous sites. Can someone please just send me the stupid thing if it's not too hard? Thanks!
