Well, if you think that you are able to do this...

The problem is that FFX/FFX-2 uses a completely different model format - they are skinnned, and not cut into pieces as the FF7 models.
If you really want to cut the FFX-2 models into pieces, then you may have a chance to import them.

Good luck. :)

Arm of Aeris?
Good work, didn't know the ff7 engine could render the amount of polygons of a ffx model.

hehe... the ff7 engine can render much more polygons still.... I think the only problem they encontered when they were doing the field models was the PSX specs... and maybe they had a lake of time too...

Edit: I don't think that FFX models has so much polygones... what makes them look better is more the textures and the fact that they are skined.

FFX/X-2 models only have alot of polys in the face area for their "talking" other wise the texture and poly count is pretty substandard.

hey, sorry i haven't posted in a while, FF7 install disc broke and my char.lgp was messed up so i uninstalled and since then i have had no reason to post here...but that's besides the point

that's nice from the P.O.V. that i see it, i mean, the head works, and the leg textures are starting to work, i think that if you do this correctly, it'll end up working fine

Cloud from Kh2 is basically Cloud from FF7AC. Anyway, could you please tell us where to find the models for FFX/FFX-2?
