First off, I'm new to this part of the internet, so greetings. I enjoy looking at the exploits of people who reverse engineer a game to see it tick, so I might actually be around here a bit often.
Anywho, I ran a search on a windower hack on these boards, the ff7w hack in particular, downloaded it, dragged the files to my FF7 folder and ran it. It goes into a fullscreen black window and the game crashes. I also downloaded the 1.02 patch, still had the same problem. I'm running a legit copy of the game in ISO format in Windows XP SP2 if that helps.
