Graphic Card the problem?
« on: 2007-10-09 10:57:55 »
I've had crashes with the game for a long time. It's because (I think) my computer isn't able to keep up.
So I was wondering if mabye updating the graphic card would help?

How old is your computer? Post your specs.

A few years. I'm running off Windows ME. It hasn't been updated since I got it.
As far as graphics go I believe I'm using Intell graphic controller

Ah. Then I don't know if you need to upgrade or not. Generally, the game has some issues crashing in places randomly no matter what. But yeah, the rest of your comp sounds fine.

It's not just crashes. Models sometimes won't texture right or gilitch and mess up.

try installing windows xp, there are many problems with the ME, and you say its never been updated so i think you should begin with that
