Black Color Corruption on 3d models

I have been searching on this forum for a while but I couldnt find a solution for this problem. It only shows up when I run with NVIDIA Mode On + TNT (Hardware Acceleration).
While it runs fine in Software Renderer without any graphical corruptions. Any suggestions would be appreciated and again I am sorry if there is somewhere on this forum a solution which I could not find.
- Q6600 2.4Ghz
- 2GB Geil Ram
- Asus P5B
- Geforce 8800GTS (Latest Omega Drivers + Latest Directx 9.0c March 2008)
- FF7 1.02 patch installed
PS:
My thought is also that I simply have too recent hardware to run this game
Found it:

Yeah you allready found the right topic.
The only solution to play FF7 on 8800GTS without that problem known ist to play in Windows Vista.
Strange Solution, and for me the only Reason why i have Vista installed on my System.
