Grimmy:Yep it's the driver (sadly) Guess we remake the guards then, Aali's driver is a must in todays world i think, It fixes pretty much all the issues i've ever had (and some others have but not me).

Squall: What size would you say is good? I did a test of 120 and it looked pretty good. But i have a feeling that would be to small

Aali: to avoid this issue with alpha is there a setting i should use in Kimera? Or would i have to use some other program for this? Maybe open the file in 3ds MAX to change the alpha then repack it?

Don't bother, it will be fixed in 0.6b anyway. :-P

Oh, alright awesome!

There is an excellent tutorial written by borde on how to make models,  search around I'm sure it's on this board somewhere. I would start the search on the old npc reconstruction project thread.

Squallff8 can you share the files for your models that aren't in the patch yet. I would really appreciate it.

edit : I'm doing Bugenhagen2, then I get some more done.
If you've finished any of these for the patch, please list them so we don't waste time making the same models.

I took a working man 16 and copied your files into it, loaded it up and the animation was gone.

If you mean broken standing animation, then you can copy it from old LGP file aafe.a
I need to know about Game crash/black screen & error. It happens when i entered that house..

I only applied the man 16 created anew char and started the game. my standing cloud was laying on his back in the splits, cloud running was fine so I went to beginner's hall and the game crashed, Aali's driver gave me a crash dump so I can send it to him if you want.

EDIT: The App.log says - error cannot open file c_eye2.tex
error cannot load texture data file c_eye2.tex
error cannot load texture data file c_eye2.tim

So It crashed do to this texture would be my guess.

There is no problem with Standing animation:After you copied new model files in char folder, extract aafe.a from Char.Lgp  to your new char folder and everything will be great.

I don't see c_eye2.tex texture in original Char lgp so i can't understand why game asking for it now. :|

Send it to Aali ofcourse.Maybe he'll help us to resolve this problem
I want to resolve it as soon as posible,to NOT make this mistake in future work

I put the crash file up on Aali's thread. The crash I experienced was just to replicate yours, have you had problems with and of the others.

Side note I'll get some shots of bugenhagen2 and sailor barret later today.
