FF8 black screen after "insert disc 1"!

I'm CRAZY here.. tried many things, almost 2 hours here! >_<
The problem is, the game asks for disc 1. Okay, I put it in, and the game just get a black screen... it's like the intr FMV don't run at all.

Tried with daemon tools, too, using regedit... no effect.

Maybe someone can get a fix for this for me? It's driving me crazy.. thanks!
