Panasonic Q

The Panasonic Q is a Japanese GameCube that can play DVDs as well as music CDs. My question is this:



Can it be modded/hacked to play NTSC/U region Gamecube games and DVDs?

Yes it can. I've seen modded Qs for sale. I have no idea how to do it, though, it may need a chip.
