a quick thank you and story question and theories

first off, i feel i should say this, thanks, to everyone on these forums, you guys have been pretty damn patient with me over the months and i appreciate it alot


now, i want to theorize on one of the biggest yet most unthought of mysteries in the FF7 universe

Clouds Strifes Father!!

now, for all we know, clouds dad could be just some dead hobo, or it could be any number of people, for all we know, he could be a shin-ra family member (imagine that thanksgiving...)

if you think about it, even without the mako in his body, Cloud is one tough ************. so it makes me wonder if maybe his father was someone very powerful, if the age of consent is messed up in the ff7 universe, even reeve could be his daddy-o for all we know

The fact that cloud's mom tells him that he should get an "older girlfriend" that'll "take care of him" makes me think that either she's older than cloud's dad or that he died of unnatural causes that she couldn't prevent.

Then again, since Cloud never ever mentions his father it's also a valid possibility that cloud's mom just got knocked up and his dad bounced.

Course it could always be a repressed memory type thing. Cloud seems to have a tendency to do that.
