Almost Perfect Final Fantasy V
« on: 2010-04-07 05:37:53 »
Holy crap did you guys know about this?

http://www.romhacking.net/hacks/563/

Make sure you get the European version of the game and use LunarIPS or something to install it.

This really is close to perfect.  Although the static noise from the GBA is still there it has the SNES music and all the enhancements of the GBA version.

If this is old news tell me what else is out there that I don't know about?

I'd still rather play it on the Super Nintendo but I hear the advance translation is superior to every other.
Or am I wrong?  This would be a good place to ask I think, is the fan translation any good?

All three of the Advance translations are better than all of the SNES translations, official or otherwise, that are currently out there.

Period.
