Okay, I hate to double post <- How to make a patch

Can anyone describe how to make a patch? All I've ever worked with is SVNs & Git, and I can't exactly patch like that since it's not the source

What, for the PC version?

There are a thousand and one patch makers out there that work just fine. I've used the clickteam patcher for the PC version, for instance. Or, I believe that DIFF works ok for *nix systems.
