Juno Area doubt

So i recently started a walkthrough on FF7 since a while now.
But now that i'm the second time in Junon i get the feeling i'm missing something.

In the are in the next screens the guards say only allowed personel can enter and since i was here before dressed as a shinra i wonder if i could enter these 2 doors. Anyone can enlighten me? If i could, what items did i miss?

You come back here later on in the game to get the huge materia, the submarine, leviathan scales, and shinra beta/shinra alpha (steal from MP's).

Btw, if you hit that red fire alarm in the first room, you can fight some cool enemies and learn matra magic if you haven't done so already.

Thanks, i remembered the sub but wasn't quite sure.
About the red button, i'm power leveling there a bit (lvl41 on Cloud atm but might level a bit more) and matra magic i got it on my second enemyskill on the mobs from the prison, alongside with laser.

Also i was a bit surprised aqualung was changed to aqua breath, but i guess it's its name on other FF (cant remember anymore).
