Dude!  I actually nearly did that once, only I got so tired of Loveless editing that I quit the "project".  But I've got a few suggestions (just for the lulz - no pressure to do the de-translation).

*Elevator going down to the reactor (early disk 1)*
Barret: "Once the reactors pinch the last of the energy from the Earth, it'll be crackers for us all."
Cloud: "It's not my problem."
Barret: "I beg your pardon!?  The planet is dying, you dotard!"
Cloud: "Still not my problem here."

*Cloud jumps into the train after escaping the MPs*
"Sorry I'm a bit late.  I ran into a few issues with police brutality..."
